About Debbie Foster

Debbie brings her passion for people and dedication to service to her role as a residential real estate agent in North Georgia. Originally from a beef cattle farm in Southern Middle Tennessee, Debbie’s roots in community and hard work run deep. She and her husband, Graham, now call Dahlonega home, while their family is spread across the Southeast, including sons Davis and Will, daughter-in-law Deena, and their beloved granddaughter, Bea.

Before pursuing her dream career in real estate, Debbie enjoyed a fulfilling first career in public education as a high school math teacher and elementary principal. The relationships she built as an educator reflect in her success as a Realtor. Debbie’s ability to listen, communicate clearly, and go the extra mile for her clients has earned her numerous referrals and repeat business.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and enthusiasm, Debbie is also a skilled negotiator, always honest and prompt in her communication. She has proudly been a Hall County Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence recipient for the past six years. Whether buying or selling, Debbie’s genuine love for building relationships and helping others makes her a trusted and valued partner in the real estate journey.
