Meet Pat
I have lived in Hall County for 44 years. After 25 years in the corporate sector, I transitioned to real estate to combine my passion for working with people and helping others. I earned my Realtor’s License from Gainesville College in 1998 and my Broker’s License in 2020.
I learned the real estate business from the ground up, spending my first year as a licensed assistant to two busy and successful Realtors. In 1999, I began working in the field and quickly realized I had found my calling. Over the years, I’ve shown and sold homes from Atlanta to Ellijay to Athens, and many places in between. Along the way, I’ve built lasting relationships, with nearly all of my business coming from client referrals.
On a personal note, I’ve been married to my husband, Carl, for 47 years. We have two daughters and three grandchildren, and I feel blessed to have them nearby and to be part of their lives as they grow.
We are Christ followers and have been members of Christ Place Church (formerly Blackshear Place Church) for 30+ years.
Additionally, Carl and I have been active supporters of organizations such as the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Christians United for Israel (CUFI), and Friends of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
I look forward to continuing my career in Real Estate as the communities around us grow, change, and pose new challenges. I also hope to add to my client list and build lasting relationships along the way.
